The 8yyy Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator and licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
As part of our KYC verification process, all registered users are required to verify their age by providing a valid government-issued identification document. Where we discover or are notified that personal data has been collected from a user who is below the applicable minimum age, we will immediately suspend the Account, void any related transactions and delete the relevant personal data as soon as is practicable, subject only to any mandatory legal retention obligations.
